Don't waste your time. The leasing office ghosted me TWICE, after sending confirmation of our appointment for a tour the day before. They clearly have no respect for ppl's time and money since all appointments are during work hrs. Meaning I took the afternoon off work twice, only for no one to be at the leasing office. Calling their number was no help at all since it routes to a customer service center that is not at the property. Very disrespectful, steer clear.
As other reviewers have mentioned, this Park Crescent collects their trash three times a week between 3am and 5am - waking up all neighbours and residents. (I'm writing this at 5:15am having been woken up again!) Repeated complaints with the management company are ignored. I reported it to DC Consumer Protection Unit who confirmed that what they're doing is illegal, and they have now started an official investigation.
Noisy trash collections at 3am!!!
The community is truly exceptional. Tiffany is an absolute pleasure to collaborate with, and the Ross team is outstanding.
