Hopefully this review will help save someone time and 475 $ in fees. My application was approved so that none of the fees can be refunded. They then stated that I needed a co signer with a minimum credit of 540 and 5x the rent monthly income ! 5X the rent I repeat again no way would I be applying here if I made 5X the rent. I have a credit score of 744 and I work 2 full time jobs bringing in roughly 6500 a month. Denying my application and letting me know that I didn't meet the requirements would have been okay with me.
