They have awesome employees and great customer service. I purchased a necklace from them last year and went back this year and purchased a bracelet, earrings and ring to match. They sized the bracelet and ring for me without any issues. I love the fact that 99% of their jewelry is made on site. That is a wonderful story! You can even meet the jewelry makers. Kudos to Erika for being the best salesperson! I would definitely recommend them!!
They have some of the best customer service that I have dealt with, ordered a ring that I saw, loved it on photo, but it didnt appeal to me in person, returned it, and just all around have had excellemt reaponse and service. would highly recommend business with them.
I purchased a ring some 30 years ago at Park City Jewelers. I recent returned to Park City and went into the store. I told them of my purchase. They offered to clean and polish my ring for free. Terrific people - wonderful service then and now.
