I took in a jewelry set that was missing a stone to see if it could be fixed. They custom made a replacement piece and cut it to fit the missing jewel. I was beyond ecstatic, this set is sentimental to me. They did such a great job. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Park City Jewelers. ���
Love this store! Beautiful and unique pieces. Just had a bracelet repaired and shipped back to me in Texas. Good as new and no charge for the repair or shipping! Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Will definitely continue to shop here when we’re in Park City!!

I have loved working with the Park City Jewelers team for years and love wearing the unique pieces I have from there. When my future son in law wanted something "different than everyone else's" engagement ring I knew right where to take him. The time and effort Ken and his team put into designing a ring the she would love, fit his budget and is one of kind was awesome. More young people need to come the PCJ for their rings. Think outside the Mall box and design something special! Highly recommend this store!
I have no words to describe the positive experience of working with Park City Jewelers, particularly with Ken Whipple, the owner, in the matter of designing a wedding set. Ken is the most delightful and attentive shop owner and jeweler I know. He listens and makes the experience a joy. His work is on time, and the quality is what you would expect from a shop like his. You can bet I will buy from him again.
