Park Circle Village Apartments was my home for the last 3 years. It was the perfect place to live for an awesome price compared to everything else. The apartments are very nice, updated, and the walls are not paper thin. The location puts you in the middle of Charleston county and makes it very convenient to get anywhere you need to go. The office staff and maintenance crew respond very quickly and are very nice and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

PCV is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are top notch, the apartments are well built and spacious, and most importantly the staff go above and beyond to curate a safe and welcoming community. They have been helpful on numerous occasions, and are a shining light in an otherwise challenging location to find a fair and affordable living options. I highly recommend living here!
Great place to live - close to Park Circle restaurants and entertainment. The property is well maintained, amenities are great, and apartments are nice with updated appliances. Beth in the front office is super helpful, and she was able to answer all of my questions. The maintenance team was always quick to respond to maintenance requests. Overall, I recommend Park Circle Village to anyone looking for a place to live!
