Monique is honestly the best. Moving is already a headache, but she made the whole leasing process feel easy and stress-free. Super welcoming, easy to communicate with, and just has a way of making it feel like home before you even get settled. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also Shawn the maintenance dude is always there to help and even lend you a ladder haha. No matter the request he’s got you covered. Awesome team they have there.

Shawn, a team member on the maintenance crew, happily assisted me with a flat tire in the apartment complex parking lot. He was super nice, attentive, and thorough with his help. Really appreciate him!
Park Circle Village Apartments was my home for the last 3 years. It was the perfect place to live for an awesome price compared to everything else. The apartments are very nice, updated, and the walls are not paper thin. The location puts you in the middle of Charleston county and makes it very convenient to get anywhere you need to go. The office staff and maintenance crew respond very quickly and are very nice and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
