Lived here for about 2 years now and it’s been great. The new management is absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond for the residents! Introduced food truck thursdays, did some upgrades to pool by providing games for residents as well as complimentary floats and have even been hosting community pool parties. They’ve done several upgrades to the community since taking over. I love it here. We live in a 2 bedroom and it’s a great layout. Location, community and facilities are fantastic. But the icing on the cake has been the relationships that we’ve built with those in the front office that have been here and truly care about their residents. Monique is fantastic and was incredibly communicative and instrumental throughout the application process, especially through a change of ownership. She is always quick to respond to any needs. My husband and I recently moved out of Park Circle Village (the townhomes) after buying our first home, and while we were excited for this next chapter, one of the things we were genuinely sad about was leaving Monique. I’ve lived here for five years, and I can honestly say I’ve loved calling this community home. The location is great, the grounds are well maintained, and over the years I’ve had a really positive experience living here. I especially appreciate the sense of community here.
