I really hate to leave this review because we’ve called this community home for years, but since the change in property management, it no longer feels like a community at all. Long-term residents who have been here since the beginning of construction are watching rents continue to increase, and it genuinely feels like the goal is to push out the people who have made this place home for 5+ years. Lived here for about 2 years now and it’s been great. The new management is absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond for the residents! Introduced food truck thursdays, did some upgrades to pool by providing games for residents as well as complimentary floats and have even been hosting community pool parties. They’ve done several upgrades to the community since taking over. I love it here. We live in a 2 bedroom and it’s a great layout. Location, community and facilities are fantastic. But the icing on the cake has been the relationships that we’ve built with those in the front office that have been here and truly care about their residents. Monique is fantastic and was incredibly communicative and instrumental throughout the application process, especially through a change of ownership. She is always quick to respond to any needs.
