I’ve had an exceptional experience living at this luxury apartment community! Macy, the property manager, is absolutely phenomenal—always professional, attentive, and dedicated to making residents feel valued. I stayed here for more than a year before I recently moved. I interacted with Macy and Beth a lot and they were great in helping me out with anything that I needed. I also enjoyed the pool and if that is your thing, you will really enjoy living here. Also, I don't own a dog but I did see many people use the dog park each day and interact with each other. Super clean and neat property. Modern and spacious apartments with lots of storage. Quiet and close to many Park Circle restaurants, shops and breweries.
BE AWARE! while living there may seem to be acceptable (watch out for all the extra fees they charge, this is a joke), be prepared for your final statement, once you move out. We damaged one of the carpets (master bedroom) and took full responsibility for it. In the end we were charged for carpet replacement in 2 rooms (even though we never used the guest bedroom), just because they "...cannot leave old carpet in one room".
