The location: great, the building: old, the windows: large, the walls: thin, the traffic noise: loud, the septa bus noise: annoying, the neighbors: crazy, the number of stolen shopping carts in the parking lot: peculiar, the property management group: typical, the landlord-Scott: the best.
I lived in Park Circle Apartments for 3 years. It was a great 3 years for me. The location is great, I was able to walk to just about everything I needed-groceries, liquor store, wawa, rite-aid and if it wasn't within walking distance it was a short ride down the Roosevelt Blvd. All my neighbors were super friendly. Parking is off street and there are always plenty of spots. The apartment I moved into was spotless when I moved in and all the appliances were brand new.
