I lived in Park Circle Apartments for 3 years. It was a great 3 years for me. The location is great, I was able to walk to just about everything I needed-groceries, liquor store, wawa, rite-aid and if it wasnt within walking distance it was a short ride down the Roosevelt Blvd. All my neighbors were super friendly.
