great place! – I lived in Park Circle Apartments for 3 years. It was a great 3 years for me. The location is great, I was able to walk to just about everything I needed-groceries, liquor store, wawa, rite-aid and if it wasn't within walking distance it was a short ride down the Roosevelt Blvd. All my neighbors were super friendly. Parking is off street and there are always plenty of spots. The apartment I moved into was spotless when I moved in and all the appliances were brand new. HORRIBLE LANDLORDS, DON'T RENT – These guys are really lazy and anything they promise never gets done. All 3 are BIG SHOTS but don't know the business at all. LOOK OUT , BEWARE OF THIS LISS CO.
Worse than Trailer Park Living ... FRANKLIN SQUARE a LISS PROPERTY – BEWARE of FALSE ADVERTISING.....There is no SPARKLING Pool, the pool hasn't been uncovered in the two seasons I was there although you pay for it in your water bill that they controll and inflate to be twice that of what I have paid at other Phila rentals. And should you like trailer park style living, well then this place is for you!
