This place is a pain just to schedule a tour. It took me over a week to get an appointment, I left work early to make it, and when I arrived the leasing agent made me wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby while he was on the phone. When he finally hung up, he just told me it was too late for my tour—delivered with a terrible attitude. If you call this place “luxury” and charge so much for amenities and extras, the least you could offer is decent customer service. Very disappointing experience applying for an apartment. I put in my application on 5 June 2025. After two weeks without any update, I called to check on the application and was asked to upload payslips to speed up the process. I have repeatedly chased for updates via phone and email since then, with unsatisfactory responses, and have now had total radio silence for over two weeks. It seems they have very little interest in actually leasing out their apartments, so don't waste your time.
We’ve been living at The Collective in Washington, DC for over a year now, and it’s truly been an amazing experience. The community offers everything you could ask for - multiple swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, a basketball court, a golf simulator, and even a piano.
