RecommendedThis place is awesome. I have never experienced the service I have experienced here at any apartment complex. The front office women really takes care of you and they treat you like family. From the day we walked in to just view the apartments, they did not talk to us like they potential residents. They spoke to us like they have know us for years. The units, the staff, the location is just all around awesome.
I love Stacy in the office and I love how safe it is and how clean the grounds are and I love my little apartment a maintenance staff is really nice
While they do have the best maintenance man, the management is lacking. I've left 3 messages requesting info on a deposit but they will NOT return my call. The manager a year ago was awesome. But now, I'm not impressed. If I ever return to the Mound, I wont go there.
Breezeways & Stairs are gross. Parking & Towing is terrible. Everything else is pretty good. I love the fresh paint we are getting . Stacy & Mekayla is super helpful and sweet
EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY!! Staff, neibors, everyone!! Have lived many places and have never had every person I saw say hello and/or welcome!! The lay outs are amazing, beautiful color coordination and quality products build up the whole home.
I love it here! Whenever I have a friend over, the first question I get asked is, "Do you need a roommate?"
Best experience renting ever. Very professional staff and so friendly. Amenities are out of this world. They even pick up your trash for you!!
The office staff is friendly, professional, and prompt. The community grounds are clean, and well maintained. I couldn't be any happier!!
