Really I enjoy their parking service. Fast and easy parking, only parking I use when I fly out of Orlando airport.
Used to be a great place now not so much. Others are cheaper and have much better customer service.
The only critique I have is the fact that I have to have a printed copy of my coupon! Most places nowadays allow you to have your iPhone or smart device with a code to redeem your coupon. So on my flight back I made sure I borrowed someones printer to print my coupon. They were nice and answered all my questions.
I used the Park Bark and Fly for the first time I have used a offsite parking facility. What a great experince I had I did not know the protocall so when I first came in I ask the person in front the assited me in getting a ticket to raise the gate and let me in the parking lot , from there I went and parked a bus followed me to my car, when I got out the gentleman said "welcome to Park Bark and Fly may I help youwith your luggage sir" he then after I open my truck unloaded them from the trunck to the bus. This place isn't bad, typical "park & fly" but my only complaint is one of the drivers. His name was Luis & he drove like a maniac, I ended up on the floor of the shuttle at one stop light. When we got to our car he grabbed our bags, pushed through my mother, sister, & 75 year old grandma, causing scrapes & bruises while almost knocking them off the bus. He was screaming at us "HURRY UP! I HAVE 4 PEOPLE WAITING! COME ON! HURRY UP!". After I didn't tip him he rolled his eyes and muttered obscenities under his breath. COMPLETE... read more
