Kelly quickly responded to my request to list my home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market in my area. 12 hours after giving her the key to my home Kelly had an offer for exactly what I wanted for my home. Done deal. A week later I had my money. Kelly is personable, helpful, and very kind. I had just lost my husband and she could not have been more accessible for me. We can’t say enough how wonderful Kelly and John were. Going above and beyond to help sell our home. We put it for sale right before the pandemic hit and they worked endless hours to ensure the city inspection was complete. The house sold in two days because of all of their work.
