Kelly and John are simply amazing! We had a pretty minimum schedule when we were able to go and view houses, I would reach out to Kelly late at night, or early in the morning about seeing a house and she would be on it to get us in that day! Her and her husband were great to be around, were very knowledgeable on the homes we went to see and so helpful through this whole process. If it wasn't for Kelly and John we wouldn't be in our adorable home right now. They were absolutely great from start to finish even negotiating money for the seller to contribute at closing despite this crazy market. We stayed in touch almost every day to make sure things were moving along. They were very knowledgeable about the market and were able to direct us to others throughout the process that could potentially help us. It was a true joy working with Kelly & John. Would highly recommend!!!
John was always very responsive and communicative. I was a first time home buyer and he explained the process well in a way that I could understand. He answered all my questions and was really friendly. He was very flexible with my needs.
