Very friendly and professional. They take the time to know you and your family. Very open with dental work that is in YOUR best interest.
As usual, the appointment was on time and the service was excellent.
Beth has always been very careful and always asks if I am ok when she is cleaning my teeth. She is very informative as to what is going on with my teeth and what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. She doesn't hurt me. I have never had a bad experience at Park Avenue Dental. Once I had to wait because of an emergency and they were very apologentic and even gave me a joice of a coffee card or meal card, because I had to wait. The staff at Park Avenue is always pleasant and smiling. They know each patient by their name and show care and concern about things going on in their life. I have been going to Park Avenue for over 20 years and even with some of their new staff members, they have done an excellent job.
