My appointment was the most pleasant dentist appointment I have ever had. My Dental Hygienist was friendly, thorough, gentle, and did a great job on my teeth. The X-rays which I generally hate went well without any problems. Dr. Shane reviewed my teeth and I have a clear plan of action. What I loved is that the setting is so relaxing. I am a new patient, having recently moved to Gainesville. The staff worked me in the morning I called concerning a problem I thought I might be having. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Cody was charming, professional and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
Just had step 1 of crown work done - Dr. Shane and the assistant (sorry, her name escapes me) were very professional and very considerate, as I've always found to be the case at Park Ave.
Lindsay (sp.?) was great!!! Did her best to make me comfortable and was considerate of several little "problem areas" I have regarding sensitivity.
I had my teeth cleaned by Beth who I have been seeing for many years. She is excellent. She is very gentle, yet very meticulous. Her personality and manner of care is awesome! Dr Cody is my dentist and he is so wonderful. He also is very meticulous and demands perfection. I totally trust my teeth with them. Everybody who works there is efficient, wonderful and kind!
The staff are great, warm and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable and are super helpful and nice. Highly recommend!
