Very professional, yet personal care. All the employees are extremely courteous and friendly. The office has a calm atmosphere with a video slideshow in the waiting room that shows beautiful pictures with positive quotations, as opposed to some medical office waiting rooms with live news shows.
Everything was good, great, wonderful! Thanks for squeezing me in and for gettinganother patient to change his/her slot so that you COULD in fact squeeze me in!!!
My husband and I are patients of Park Avenue Dental. We even have our 90 year old Mother going there and my sister-in-law who lives 2 hours away comes to see Dr. Shane.The staff is wonderful and always so pleasant. You can tell it's a great office when the employees have been there for 10 plus years. We always feel so welcome here.We have been patients since we moved to Gainesville about 3 years ago. This is a great dental office with a fantastic staff!! I feel that I now take much better care of my teeth than I ever did before because oftheir concern and care. I also never dread going and even look forward to seeing everyone again. My hygienist is so very good!!!Did I mention that the dentists are also excellent!!!

As always my experience was excellent. Beth is the best hygienist ever, gentle and thorough. Only she can fit those X-rays into my tiny mouth and I appreciate her patience. Dr. Cody always gives my teeth a thorough checking and is willing to discuss options with me if any teeth need work done. Always outstanding care.
Everyone in this office is very friendly, cares about your comfort, and works around your schedule. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and have already recommended many patients.
Great service and love the atmosphere. Only suggestion for change is to acknowledge customers more directly while they wait. It's uncommon practice to not communicate w customers upon their arrival. It leaves a feeling of uncertainty in my mind as to whether my appointment is going to take place.

That is not typical for us as we not only try to greet all of our patients but we try to greet them by name as well.
