Have never received such horrible service. Looking for a dentist and asking if my insurance was accepted by them. First person transferred me as soon as I asked the question with no response, just transferred me. The person I was transferred to then literally hung up on me after I asked the same question. I get it if you don't take my Insurance but to treat people this way is pathetic. Neither of the ladies that answered the phone need to be in customer service.

I absolutely adore my new hygienist at Park Ave Dental, Christy. Love this place. They’re ALL so kind, considerate, care about your comfort and feelings. I am always well taken care of here. I do not feel like it’s ever about money or insurance. It’s all about my dental care. Thank you for the care & positivity.

Beth is the best! She is thorough but gentle. She provides instructions to facilitate oral health and will address any impact chronic illnesses may have on the teeth and oral cavity. I continue to be impressed with the working environment with all of the workers seeming to truly enjoy and respect each other. This transfers to the patient being a respected member of any decision making, and I greatly appreciate that! I highly recommend Beth as a hygienist and the whole team at Park Avenue Dental.
