Since the company took over the cplex ther service all around has went from pretty good to beyond abysmal. The office whenever it's open and someones in there they lie about what they have or haven't done close incomplete work orders. They say paying online is optional but charge you if you don't you can only pay the full amount one way not form of split payment. Terrible apartments. If you’re just in need of a place to stay and these are the only apartments contacting you back then it’s okay but once you move here it’s horrible. The water gets turned off once or twice a week (sometimes more) and it takes maintenance 3-9 months to fix anything and once they fix whatever it is that they most likely broke, something else will break and now you gotta wait another 3 months to get it fixed. Oh and if you drive a charger or a Camaro your car will get broken into at least twice.
