If there was a 'zero star' rating option, I would select it for this apartment complex. My son and his girlfriend moved in 9 months ago, under a 1 year lease term. The apartment is covered in mold - my son has had asthma since he was a child and is experiencing chronic attacks, with increasing severity due to the mold (doctor diagnosed), and our dog is vomiting and has diarrhea (also diagnosed as caused by mold from our vet).
