Love the fact that there is dishwashers in all the apts. A feature that you dont get everywhere, and weve moved into two apts on this complex. As long as you keep the payments up (like any landlord) and treat them like human beings. you get stuff done! Your going to get the odd teenager who doesnt like the rules and is going to be bligeriant anywhere. But thats not the offices fault, anyone can BS the office to get a roof over their head! The park was nice when it opened in the late 70s, and the most modern in Joplin at that time. All the Meth Makers from Tanglewood Apts. moved here.
