This place killed my friend's dog when taken in for a simple neuter. This place CANNOT be trusted and they are a complete danger to any animal brought in to them.

I just received notice from a close friend that you took his 1 year old puppy for a simple neutering procedure and he never came back out alive?!?? Do you not measure anesthesia?! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!

I had called in asking to get an appointment. At the time of the coronavirus. I do not want my bunny to leave my side so I asked them to go ahead and see my animal inside my own vehicle. The lady said I needed to ask. Next lady came on the phone started yelling at me. There is no understanding at this animal hospital and will not be going there and I’m posting all of this on social media. Do not go to the animal hospital they don’t care about Animals And their owners
Apparently takes them longer than two days to sign a piece of paper. Still trying to get ahold of a basic prescription the ER sent to them at 9am yesterday. I find it hard to believe they "still haven't found anyone to sign off" on a prescription two days later.
This was our 1st time here.. we have a vet for our 4 cats, but our guinea pig had a lump and our regular vet is just for cats. I found this place with Google and the reviews were good, so I made an appointment. I cant remember the name of the Dr we saw but he was very sweet. and I felt like our Sinbad was in good hands. met Dr. C, the man I charge and he treated us as if he'd known us his whole life.. Great place!!
