DO NOT board your pet at this place. We left our dog there less than a week. We returned to find him in severe pain. They took no responsibility for an injury he obviously suffered under their care AND they tried to get us have him operated on for $800!.
Great place. Dr. C is very knowledgeable. Front desk and grooming staff are awesome. I would highly recommend going there.
We were turned down, our Cat needed help and they basically told us we had to pay about $3k, at least put down $1500 and the rest two day after his surgery. We ended up paying $53 for his vital checks and went elsewhere....."So sad"... We took our Cat to Bonanza Cat Hospital, and with out hesitating, they immediately started on his care. We asked how much will it be and they said " The main concern is for our Cat to immediately be taken care of or he could die". I have been taking my pets here since 2009. We have a senior beagle and a young lab and we've always received the BEST care. Dr. C is patient, caring and always makes sure the pet parents have everything they need and all their questions answered. We use them for grooming, boarding, vet care and the unavoidable emergency visit. The entire staff is wonderful and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbabies.
