Wow. This place just can't help themselves. I have been complaining about them not returning email or phone calls since 7/11/20. After leaving multiple negative reviews for this and other reasons, the property manager Stephanie finally calls me back. "I've seen your email, as well as your many negative reviews online." I've lived here for more than a year and I would not recommend it to anyone. The first six months were just terrible, with repairs not done, homeless people sleeping in laundry rooms, and absolutely no help from the office. Greystar then bought our complex and it become just as horrible, but with some repairs done. The office NEVER answers calls, returns calls, or even returns emails.
