Moving from out of state with a very short timeline would not have been possible with Sabrina! This apartment is honestly a mess. The “promotions” they advertise are basically misleading and don’t match what actually happens when you move in. I was told one thing upfront and then got hit with totally different charges and conditions after the fact. Now I’ve got a collections notice I don’t even understand or agree with. Nobody explains anything clearly, and when you try to get answers, it’s either slow responses or no real help at all. It feels like a trap just to get you in the door and then figure the rest out later... read more
We never had any issues with mold or noise complaints as far as I know living there for 6 months, we were one of the earlier residents there so it was quiet. We did have wasps get into our home through the vents. The apartments were not clean upon moving desperate their assurance. We scrubbed the floors and even then glue came up repeatedly through the slats. It was a beautiful apartment and great pool and clubhouse amenities. I love my new apartment and I feel safe and comfortable I want to shout out to Sabrina for making me feel good about making this move I really appreciate all her help and I’m so grateful that she help me out with everything and my kids enjoy her fun and exciting self.
Shout out to Sabrina, leasing agent at Park 107 in Owasso. She is very professional and courteous! I enjoyed working with her and still stop in to visit with her. The apartment is open and spacious much nicer than where I moved from. Washer and dryer included and the appliances are up to date. There are plenty of windows that let light in and that is great for an uplifting mood. Maintenance is very responsive and the grounds are well maintained! I couldn't be happier with my choice of apartment complexes
