Park 107 or Poop 107? I've lived here for almost a year now, and it's only gotten worse. I've been woken up multiple times by teens partying/ neighbors yelling. There is dog poop everywhere... If you want to get your dog sick, move in here. There was a change of management and after meeting with the new guy i would say it wasn't for the better. I cannot recommend these apartments enough! We toured one week and the next week we had the keys in our hand. I had some things I wasn’t willing to give up and these apartments had all those things plus more! Nyeisha (i know i probably spelt that wrong) and Emily are both wonderful people that work in the office. So excited to call these my new home as someone who will be graduating college soon!
I wanna give a shout out to Stan the maintenance tech here at Park 107. He is very knowledgeable and professional. When you lease an apartment home the last thing you wanna worry about is repairs. I've lived other places where it was such a headache cause even when they sent maintenance out more than once it still wouldn't be fixed. So thank you Stan for truly making this place as stress free as can be for my family and I.
Save yourself the stress and stay away from this place!!! I could write a book about the hellacious experience we had with Park 107 in the seven months we lived there, even with just the buildings alone, but our problems with management far supersede any flooding or bug problems. They tried to charge my husband and I thousands of dollars after we’d move out because of one of their property managers mistakes.
