I couldn’t even tour the place since no one was here for my 3 PM appointment. They wouldn’t answer the phones so I went through the companies bot assistant to schedule and there’s no one at the offices to help. Got here right at 3pm and waited an hour. I guess both workers take lunch at the same time at the expense of future clients. To top it off, multiple residents were coming in and out of the leasing office looking for the staff as well, some even came by multiple times and still no staff. The Park at 107 rivals the apartments my husband and I stayed in while in Florida. Next level amenities that no other Oklahoma complex can touch! Lexi was amazing with our tour and made us excited to live there one day soon!
Management here does not miss a beat, made my transition from Iowa to Oklahoma so effortless! Very nice people.
We loved our stay so much! Having a sudden job transfer from Pittsburgh, PA Park 107 was the complex who took the time to personally FaceTime us to show us an available unit! To not go on so long; beautiful complex, great area, the best staff, and maintenance never took long to resolve any issue!
Park 107 is well-maintained, and the facilities are always clean and inviting. One of the highlights here has been the staff, especially the manager, Brittany Johnson. She’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and goes out of her way to be helpful with any questions or concerns. It’s refreshing to see someone so committed to making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, Park 107 feels like a welcoming community, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Owasso!
