Fair warning to everyone. You “have to have an appointment” just to do a tour. The lady that we spoke with was fairly rude about it like it was a huge inconvenience.
The maintenance man here deserves a raise or needs to be a manager. He always goes above and beyond for the people that live here. He saw me stepping over some mud at one of the buildings and requested that a sidewalk be put in.My dog absolutely loves him and she doesn’t like people. He waves at me and asked me how I’m doing every time. He truly cares about things here and the environment. I wanted to give him a special shoutout. He deserves it.
No noise control. A lot of people smoking in a non smoking community. Hidden charges on your rent. No security. When in rains it floods the second floor in front of my door and leaks in under the door. People walk around talking to someone when there is no one around. Dogs bark all day very loudly party’s on the weekend.
I’m so thankful for the way maintenance helped me . I had wasps that had made a large nest on my balcony.. the office submitted a maintenance request for me and they came out quickly to take care of it !
