Editorial fromOriginally an Italian market started by a couple who met and fell in love in Italy, Parisi has expanded into a full-size restaurant with a red-checkered tablecloth ambience. Locals still stop in to buy their favorite cheeses, pastas and…

excellent – I first ate at Parisi 4 years ago and still to this day it's one of my favorite places for lunch. The move to the new building a year+ ago or so has made a big improvement on the atmosphere of the place. It's long and somewhat narrow....food and deli on the left/back and tables on the right. In addition to sandwiches and pizza they also have a deli w/ meat, cheese, pasta, appetizers, etc. There's not too many restaurants in Denver that have the feel this restaurant has. Though I've had one or two sandwiches, I ge... read more
A fantastic dining experience – Update from Jan 13, 2007. Just when I thought things could not get any better... Delightful! – Everything I've had so far has been wonderful. On my last visit, my partner and I split a Primi and a Secundi dish, so we each got an entree portion and a pasta portion. We both got salads and fountain drinks and paid less than $25 for one of the best meals we've had in a long time.
Pizza! – If you go, get the pizza! Not that the other things aren't good (they are...especially the gnochi), but the pizza is NOT to be missed! I've been to Italy, and this is the closest pizza I've found here in the United States to being true Italian-style.
Outstanding Italian Food – The most authentic Italian food I've found in Denver. Also a great place to find not so common ingredients for your own cooking.
Feels Like You're in ITALY! – This family run restaurant takes you back to the streets of Italy if you've ever been...or makes you want to go all the more!
I am not crazy! – My drive time to Parisi is just about 30 minutes and I try to get there at least every six weeks or so. Am I crazy? No, the pizza, and everything else there, is worht the drive.
