Great salon never have had a complaint been going here for over 2 years
Went in for a soak off and a gel polish. They left me waiting for 45 minutes while helping other people that came in after me, walking by looking at me and not acknowledging me. I got up to leave saying I would have to come back later and they said "okay" with no care in the world. I much rather them have said they didnt want to do my nails instead of wasting my time when I could have went elsewhere.
I have been there 2 times and the service has been excellent. The prices are decent. Very much recommended.
The place is clean, and the customer service was excellent initially. I came in for a hard gel fill and a spa pedicure. The pedicure looked good, although it was rushed at the end when a new customer came in from a specific demographic. The manicure, my cuticles weren’t cut and looking up close the additional hard gel she added isn’t smooth, they look super lumpy and the paint job was ok I didn’t complain there but after this new customer comes in it felt like she rushed to cater to them and my nails needed to be cleaned up.... read more
