This was my first time there....everyone was very friendly and spoke good enough English to be understood....everything was very clean and Tam did my nails and did an excellent job...she made sure the nails were exactly the way I wanted them

The place was really nice and the people were really nice until I didn't really like my nails and asked to re-do them and realizing that they over charged me $10. They charged me $45 to have an ombre and design, the listing shows $20 for shellac, $5 for design on 2 fingers and he told me $10 for ombre...it still only adds up to $35. They charged me $45 and there was a 15% for going on a Tuesday. I asked for a redo, did not get a design and they were rude about it and still did not give me my $10 back. While the place itself is beautiful and the employees English is amazing I left with multiple cuts on my feet from her she messed up with her tools and didn't seem to care. Overall combining experience of the workers and customer service they most definitely get a two.
