Training of staff members with better service. I'm here Monday late afternoon and its super slow. I came 30 minutes ago and waited 5 minutes. I even rang the bell to notify the employee I was up front. She was nowhere to be found. I encourage the employees to at least acknowledge the customer that they will be right there with them.
