They had a good sale and could size it for me.
I brought in a ring that I only had for two weeks with a loose stone. One employee said it was okay the way it was and the other said it wasn’t meant to be loose. You have to purchase a service agreement as there are no warranties with their jewelry. I believe it should have at least a one year warranty without having to spend more money to fix something that I barely had for two weeks. For that reason, I won’t buy from this store again.
