I am not the type to leave negative reviews, but I'm forced to leave one. When you start a business, expect both positive & negative feedback. I have been your customer for years, supported your business consistently even on days that I'm not satisfied with the service offered, I still supported you. Even when I cut off my hair, I still recommended people to you. But just because I complained about my closure install, you took it personal to an extent of ignoring my calls & texts. I visited this salon on multiple occasions until I could no longer accept their practices. To start off, COVID protocols were not being followed. The salon is a small space and at one time, housed over 13 people including 4 children during the peak of COVID. The smallest child was 9 months old and was allowed to crawl on the floor everywhere.
