They would come with me to check out the place and bring up even minor issues to my attention that could give me trouble in the future. Would not recommend Paris or Brad to sell your home. Unless you live in Cupertino they don't understand other areas . We had our house on the market with them for 7 months . After no avail we elected to take our house off the market with them . We elected to go with someone else and sold Our downtown San Jose home with another realtor first week on the market above asking price
