Popped in for a warm beverage and to take advantage of their happy hour where pastries are $2 with a purchase. However, using the app for the 1st time scored a free pastry! Lovely surprise! The filling of the croissant was perfect, not too sweet! Americano nice and warm and smooth! I've never been here before and the cashier was so friendly and helped me with the app! Love the vibe and wish I would have worked from here earlier in the day, so many outlets to plug into and plenty of seating!
I’m a frequent goer of this location however today’s experience truly was unacceptable. I’ve had this happen to me another time in which I’ve gotten a drink that’s not even filled fully. I think it’s unacceptable to serve customers with drinks not fully filled. I ordered hojicha latte iced today and had it a couple days ago so I know how it’s supposed to taste like and today’s tasted horrible. Love the place, quiet and relaxing
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I’m a regular customer, and I started noticing that the amounts being charged to my account didn’t match the actual cost of my purchases. After carefully reviewing my bank statements, I was shocked to find multiple irregular transactions. I have evidence of these discrepancies and expect to be fully reimbursed for every incorrect charge. This is a very serious issue that raises concerns about how customers are being billed.
