We love the place and all confectionery they offer worth the extra price compared to other stores. Atmosphere and ambiance is excellent as well. Service has always been very good but today we had to ask for candles and cutting knife before leaving. A bag was not offered at all. We are glad to have the store in our neighborhood which always has several ready choices available especially if we are in a hurry Thanks
A slightly lower rating due to the parking. It's impossible to find good parking and you are out of luck on most days if you are challenged with parallel parking ;) The food / pastries are great - like any other location.
I normally go to Paris baguette in Pleasanton which I love, but saw this was much closer to home . Upon entering it looked fine , I got a few breads from one section then went to another and the whole case had gnats flying inside of it . I avoided that section and went to checkout , the guy didn’t say anything to me so I didn’t realize he was even ringing me up he just stared at me until I asked a question about the coffees , he didn’t answer my question just put the order in .
