Pretty decent bakery. Has a wonderful assortment of bakery items and is filled with an insane assortment of cakes. Some cakes tasted good others were so so. If u want some foot bakery treats give it a look
I had a very unpleasant experience at Paris Baguette in Cupertino today due to the behavior of an employee named Henry. My order (#44198858781425686) was placed on June 4, 2026, at 10:06 AM, and I arrived around 11:15 AM to pick it up. I politely explained that the cake slices were intended as gifts for teachers and asked if they could be packed into four small boxes. Visited the shop for purchasing a birthday cake. Excellent service from the staff and the cake was very tasty.
Pastries are great. Employees not so much.Tables are always filthy. Employees have poor attitudes and refuse to provide customer service, it's like a chore to them to make any effort to assist a customer. The WiFi password is incorrect and there answer was, "I can't do anything about that." How about trying basic troubleshooting, like restarting the router, or calling the manager?
