All those stellar reviews...not my experience. She did not listen to me about not having a fridge for insulin pens, left with a mother load. Then, she accused me of hanging up on her, then dismissed my concern. Why would I hang up after waiting for the call back, if I wanted to reach her? Bad day?
Dr Parini Patel is by far the best endocrinologist. She is thoughtful, thorough and the best at her profession. I am always pleased and well taken care of. Excellent Doctor!!
Receptionist never pick up. When they do, your put on hold for over 20 minutes.
