As a fiscally conservative consumer, I have compared costs between getting my frames and lenses at Parenti-Morris and at a cheaper "box store's vendor." Because my frame size was larger than what the box store carried, my wait time would be longer and my cost higher. Happy!
I would like to thank Dr. Morris for giving me the best customer service someone could ever ask for. I called on Friday to check on my contact order and they have been back ordered! I had just put in my last pair! Oh no! Dr. Morris answered because the office was closed for professional development. What was I going to do? Dr. Morris met me at the office on a Saturday and gave me trial lenses to hold me over! Thank you for coming in on your day off! Your office has been great to everyone in my family!
