We waited for over 5 hours to be seen in the er and the nurse that checks you in is the most rude and unhelpful nurse we have ever met my son is ten years old and sick she was rude to my son so everyone needs to go to a real er at Park Ridge
Was transfered from Pardee Urgent care for Dehydration. Sat in the ER Lobby for (2 HOURS) No one talked to us. Bought a lot of water at the cafeteria and Left in Disgust. Next time Park Ridge at least the Adventists are faith based.
One of the worst hospitals in this area. Hospital has always been the longest wait
I have never been in a hospital that I like better than Pardee.. In the past 10 years, I have been treated there many, many times. Great Doctors and marvelous Staff. Go there with confidence.
This hospital shouldn't even be accredited! When you discharge a patient who is on chronic pain who has to be helped inside their house by the fire dept that's wrong on every level!!
Nurses are great very attentive to their patients and caring /doctors ass well. I really recommend Pardee Hospital.
I was VERY disappointed with going to the ER at Pardee!. Went for possible clot in leg - Dr. never did bloodwork or Ultrasound. Sent me home after taking a X-Ray. I felt that they didn't take it seriously at all. Very frustrating!
