My grandmother recently had surgery at the hospital, and they somehow managed to misplace my grandmother for almost 2 hours. They made my aunt and mother peak in a room to identify her. This place is trash. Don’t take none of your loved ones here.
The pain center here is horrible. After performing a surgery on my 85 year old mother for back pain management... they proceeded to fire her as a patient shortly after the surgery. Sound like after doctors at pardee got paid by Medicare, they decided to drop her for post care management. To me it’s Medicare fraud.

It was very upsetting to find out that this hospital does not have good interpreting services or none at all, especially in the ICU.. Every hospital needs interpreters available for patients that need them. Invest on staffing for interpreters. Also, the lack of wearing gloves with the nurses irks me...
