I just called up there to see if my biological father was there I barley even got his name out of my mouth and the receptionist said no we don't have him and hung up, very rude and disrespectful, along with many dissatisfied visits here, always having to wait way longer than you should especially with a child in pain, always having someone getting an x-ray who don't even need it, just to send them an outraggous bill and then send you home with more questions about what's wrong with you than before you came in. I was at pardee yesterday with Army Combat veteran Rick Stroup . Who has a sever laceration to his right had . This veteran was bleeding to the point he had probably lost a pint of blood laying in the hospital bed waiting for treatment . At the 2 hour mark this veteran had not received any medical care what so ever from pardee . This veteran was howling in sever pain and blood loss . A special Thanks to all the nurses (especially Donna) up on the 3rd floor for taking such good care of our Dad during his last days on this earth. Our family shared how fortunate we were to have landed at Pardee where Dad received not only great professional care, but the staff showed compassion and patience not only to our Dad, but to our entire family during our visits
