Worst experience, very unprofessional, even untrained staff. They charged my insurance for a consultation that did not take place and I have been waiting for a month from a call from the Billing Manager. I end up paying the bill so it would not go to collections.

SE Physical Therapy is why I'm functioning today despite coming into their office with a myriad of back issues. Christine Dana at the Hendersonville Road location is the best medical professional I've ever dealt with due to her expertise, attentiveness, and ability to correct seizing muscle that was causing debilitating pain. If I ever need PT services again, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
Thank you sending out an amazing group of people to the Appalachian Games this past Saturday. They were a very dedicated and skilled group. Eased pain in my back and shoulder and were very attentive and supportive to all the athletes.
Check more than one assessor. My son was a cross country runner. His back was injured, so we went to see Southeastern. I got a call, and my wife said that "his back is broken"... bad blurry exrays...ok....a trainer for over 28 years before retiring, I knew a lot of surgeons, GPs, and others. I took him to Dr. (Jim) Demint, at Asheville Orthopedics for a separate assessment. Clearer x rays. No "broken back". Bad sprain....i found a wonderful massage therapist, who realigned his back, worked on strengthening his muscles, etc. ... read more
It's one of those places you hope to never "have" to go to but it's really great knowing that if you do, it's there with highly skilled doctors, nurses, and a dedicated staff to do all they can to help you heal as fast as possible in a very caring way.
