extremely poor communication!!! no one likes to take responsibility for anything that's not up to standard that the apt claims to have...and instant attitude when something is brought to their attention...it takes a bad review to get their attention and even then its all just for show...we have been patient and understanding to the situation but management has not given us the same respect!!! Not one time out of our whole move in process have we felt as is they valued our business!!!!
Management does not care about tenants or the maintenance upkeep of the property. Very defensive and rude. Continue to harass tenants and ask them to leave if they don’t like it. -Don’t follow any covid protocols. No masks for staff. Only for photo shoots apparently. -Property filled with mosquitos. -Trees fall constantly damaging vehicles and endangering people. Place is run like a prison. The location is awsome tho
