RecommendedWent here for a Christmas party and it was absolutely amazing!!! Love it here!
The list is too long! There's trash everywhere, broken grills, broken gates, dog feces all over the place, management does not care what happens, cars broken into. The positive reviews on here are by residents who are paid or compensated for doing so. PLEASE BEWARE of this place!
I have lived in Parc3400 for over a year. The office staff has done a commendable job handling issues whenever they arise. Tanja and Fallyn have always been friendly and outgoing. The maintenance staff is amazing and do a terrific job keeping the building in tip top condition and responding to any service requests. The facilities are beautiful from the clubhouse to the pool and also gym areas.
Stopped by Parc3400 to visit a friend a few weeks ago and I was so impressed with the beauty and ambiance of the property. While there, I noticed two food trucks in front of the leasing office and stopped by to get some food. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great! So nice of Parc3400 management to put this on for the residents monthly. I really enjoyed my time there.
Very nice apartment community with great features, close to campus NOVA, hands down "The Best" 24/7 fitness center, clean, well lit and safe with only tenants fob entrance. Everything you need to maintain and grow as well. Great office staff to assist you in your individual needs!!! Clean community and well kept up!
Fallon is amazing she has gone out of her way to help me anytime I need it. Yes, you do have to pay $50 a year for parking however if you turned in your application by a certain date you got parking free until your lease is up. The only frustrating thing for me is the rent prices however I’m from Nevada where you can get a 2 bedroom apartment for $1000 a month but housing prices in South Florida are way more expensive than Vegas.
They can stop construction work on Saturday and Sunday. STAY AWAY from this place and don’t sign a contract on Sunday.
Overhaul the management and strict background checking before renting out the apartment.
