Current living here I am currently living here at parc ridge apartments. I was very unsure what to think about this apartment due to the reviews I read prior. I can honestly say this has been a great experience. The management was so helpful to making sure our move in process was easy, and making sure we need help whenever necessary. Beautiful play ground, pool, and water fountain. Plan on renewing our lease definetly.

Not professional Parc Ridge is a well-maintained property with spacious floor plans. The management however is unprofessional and does not like complaints. The gym equipment is broken, water will go off with out any notice to tenants and the managers are never in their office. If there is an after hour emergency, forget it. They are no where to be found. I too read bad reviews before moving in but I gave it a chance and now I'm writing my own review. Definitely moving out.
