Why the surplus of 5 star reviews in just the past week or two? Suspicious if you ask me. I bet they offered something to current tenants if they give a good review or they’re just begging them at this point to help get their average rating up. Don’t believe it for one second! Steer clear. Find another company to rent from and save yourself the stress. It’s not worth it. We were never told about our basement issues and we had to nag them just to get some kind of help, which the help sucked! And gaslighted over our issues too... read more

Parc Property are truly people that I will rent from again!! Alison is wonderful with communication and they’re also quick with repairs. I’ve been with Parc for a few years now and currently have no complaints! If you’re looking to rent you’re looking in the right place!!

I’ve had no issues with Parc Properties. My initial interaction with them was pleasant and swift. I was able to get my family in a nice home and neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to live!
