This company and their leasing agent’s are a joke. Madison was rude and condescending when speaking to me via the phone. They communicate until you submit your application. I submitted everything that’s needed including income that was more than 3x the rent and Madison told me they would not verify my employment and denied my application and a stopped answering my calls and had not responded to my email asking to speak and clarify the misinformation she provided! Another worthless property management company that is falsely advertising properties as available. We applied for a property that is listed as available. They had us provide documents. After paying $100+ in fees and hours collecting documents, they finally email us to say it has a tenant lined up that only has to pay their deposit. This would be considered as pending in any other business, and advertising it as available is outright false advertising. This also did not happen overnight. I went for a tour and found live and dead roaches in the home, spotted during self tours, specifically 8517 Lenna Ct. Also, mold forming in the bathtub. Terrible first impression! You have to pay to even tour through Rently. I visited some homes and the key didn’t even work to get in and tour, therefore wasting my money, time and gas. No washer and dryer nor refridgerators in majority of their properties. Additionally, impossible to contact anyone about the tours nor have I heard back. I can’t say enough good things about the management team at my rental property. I send a message Sunday midday that I had my furnace set to 69 and it wouldnt go above 67°. It was pretty cold outside and its an old house, so I figured those were contributing. They took me seriously and had someone come out to check it out within 30 minutes. They guy said there were some issues but recommended a replacement. It was approved in an hour or 2.
