I own a home directly next to a property that parc manages. I have left multiple voicemails, sent emails with photos and even showed up in person to their office but it was closed. The house next to us has a tree that is pushing our fence over and it has grown so far over it is across my roof. I finally got ahold of someone in their office and she said I had to fill out a maintenance request. I am not a tenant to obviously maintenance would not let me do that. I don't understand why they can't respond after emailing them about the status of your application I have been wanting for about 3 weeks now and still no reply. At least when you ask us to email you for a faster response that you have the receipt to email us back.
As real homeowners in neighborhoods that this company manages, your vetting process of who you rent to needs a major remodeling.
Parc has always been helpful when we’ve needed help with an issue or repair! We just renewed our lease because of how easy things have been with them. Happy with the home we got and our price.
Does anyone know how to contact these people? I've applied for a rental and left multiple voice messages and sent multiple emails. No one answers the phone. The voicemail says email gets a quicker response, but I have not heard anything either way. There are a lot of scams out there, just want to be sure my application fees are wasted.. I just want the status of my application.. Is anyone there??
