this is not a comfortable place to live in. me and my boyfriend lived here for a year it we constantly had issues. our apartment constantly flooded, had to call pest control multiple times due to insects and mice , laundry rooms are no where near clean and taking care of. trash outside and the dumpster area outside is disgusting. the maintenance crew doesn’t properly fix any issues & of yeah if you live on the first floor you most likely won’t get any peace from the neighbors upstairs. the office doesn’t care about your comp... read more

I just moved in literally a week ago and I’m already enjoying the area and peace of mind. I only gave it 4 stars because you will see little minor things that may need to be changed like a loose outlet or something, but the maintenance and office crew are pretty quick with showing up and getting things fixed. So I love it!!!
application process was very smooth, got the keys within days of being approved. love the apartment so far have no complaints. even though theres quite a bit of units in one building, it’s very quiet
My wife and I lived here for 1 year. Had to have techs come out to "fix" our water heater 3 times and still didn't function as properly as it should have. Sadly, there are a lot of gang/drug activities, with lots of police officers being called out multiple times bc of gun shots. They require you to give you a 2 months' notice before leaving.
