I just moved in literally a week ago and I’m already enjoying the area and peace of mind. I only gave it 4 stars because you will see little minor things that may need to be changed like a loose outlet or something, but the maintenance and office crew are pretty quick with showing up and getting things fixed. So I love it!!!
application process was very smooth, got the keys within days of being approved. love the apartment so far have no complaints. even though theres quite a bit of units in one building, it’s very quiet
My wife and I lived here for 1 year. Had to have techs come out to "fix" our water heater 3 times and still didn't function as properly as it should have. Sadly, there are a lot of gang/drug activities, with lots of police officers being called out multiple times bc of gun shots. They require you to give you a 2 months' notice before leaving. My wife and I lived here for 1 year and couldn't stand the office unresponsiveness. Had to have techs come out to "fix" our water heater 3 times and still didn't function as properly as it should have. We have been moved out for 2 months and have had to call aes to shut off our account after office staff told us that they shut it off for us. (Big mistake on our part for trusting them.) This is my brothers apartment. The hole in the wall has been like that for four weeks now. They were suppose to fix it within a week after they “fixed” a leak. He has lived in this apartment for 8-9 years now. This year it has been the worse. He is sick constantly and his health is very concerning. This use to be a good place to live.
