Been here for almost 3 years and am in my 3rd apt. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I have truly been taken care of the whole time here and each time I switched apartments, I was blown away. I couldn't be happier with this place. This is definitely a place I love to call home

These people are scams and take advantage of the military me and my husband lived here for all of three months and he came up on orders to PCs when we moved in someone rigged the microwave with a top that it was already messed up which we did not do they charged us 250.00 then for carpet lying saying it was a soda stain when we don't even drink soda then saying sheet metal and paint repair as if we tore the place down when we barley even got settled in and had to move right out do not trust these people true rip off I promis... read more

I'm very disappointed with Parc at Clarksville. We lived here for a year and enjoyed our time there until we moved out and received our final bill. We were quoted a price on replacing our carpets, due to our dog tearing part of it up, but once we moved out the amount we were originally quoted doubled. My only problem with this is that the employee quoted us one thing and told us that was all we'd be charged but she was wrong and whose fault is that? Ours.
