Stay far away from this place!! There are much better places to rent from in Clarksville. I lived there for 6 months in 2017/2018. The people below us were constantly doing illegal things that we could "smell" in our apartment. Mind you, I don't care what you do in the privacy of your own home but when it affects me then it becomes a problem. Ginger was so friendly and support helpful through the whole process, she let us know exactly what we needed and the order to do it so we had no trouble getting the apt. I trust her and am so happy we now have a beautiful apartment, can’t wait to make it feel like home!
We set everything up from out of state and are thrilled with our apartment. Plus Ginger in the office was so helpful every step of the way. She was pleasant and full of quality information no matter how many times I called with my neurotic questions. We are very happy here.
Loved living here! All the staff were so sweet. They helped out anytime I needed it. They knew the name of my pup and always said a happy hello! Maintenance was always on top of any and everything! They even spent half a day crawling around in the crawl space above my neighbors apt. to fix the air conditioning. Turns out, they only needed to open and close a few vents inside the apartment! Myself and many of the neighbors I talked to don't appreciate your little unannounced air filter inspection today (30 minute e-mail notice is not a notice) . Total lack of respect and an invasion of privacy. Get your act together!
