it's really sad to know that the people who own this complex are kicking out a bunch of low income families in the trailer park next to them to build another expensive apartment complex. It is so sad to see all of these families being given 30 days or become homeless this town should really be ashamed of itself and I cannot wait to move myself and my business out of here
I have lived @ Parc a year this month. We, me and my dog, are very happy here. Any where you live there will be issues, but the staff here is always receptive to requests/complaints. I like the ease of paying your rent & submitting service requests which are responded to the next day! The amenities are great... the pool, the gym, the dog park, the carwash port, garage/boat spaces....very well thought out to meet everyone's needs/even have areas for electric cars! Looking forward to the next year!
Out all the apartments myself and my roomate Skander looked at Parcs apartments was the only complex that caught our attention. We received excellent service from Kristen. She got us a apartment with no issues. We’ve been here for about a month and have no complaints. Thank you Kristen
My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 months and have zero complaints. The staff has been excellent especially Kristin in the front office. She has been super helpful and friendly since the very beginning and still continues to reach out to us to make sure everything is going well. We absolutely love her and this complex.
