My husband and I absolutely loved our time at Parc! When we came to Beaufort looking for a place to live knowing we’d be moving to the area as recent graduates and newlyweds, we stopped dead in our tracks when we saw these gorgeous water views! I signed my third lease in August - I love our ground floor unit facing the river/garage space, dog friendly, automated rent payment/service requests..the amenities/pool/gym...but most of all I am enjoying the tone with our new management team - warm & welcoming👍👏❤
