Quick summary: I highly recommend looking to live elsewhere! I have been a tenant for 3 years. When this was owned by Oaks Management, there were issues, but we had responsive office staff. Dora was always very friendly and helpful. Since the property was sold and now run by ABRA Management, everything has gone downhill rapidly. The office staff is very rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Lived here couple years recently moved out . Lived under previous management and new management which recently took over few months ago with eileen being the manager. In short... 1 DAY before moving out eileen came for a final inspection and said its immaculate everyting looks perfect reglazing will be done for new tenants and she said they have a cleaning crew to clean up the whole thing and even if you clean up management will still charge a nominal cleaning fee which id fine!
