the most ghetto apartment you could ever live in the photos are all photoshopped they raise the rent every year there are bugs outdated appliances and the most brain dead frat boys work at the office we had our roof flood and spray sewer water all over our dishes
DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management takes advantage of college students and will raise the rent tremendously each year you renew! Additionally, the pictures they use to promote the space are heavily photoshopped and make the apartments look in much better condition than they truly are! The bathrooms and kitchens especially are incredibly rundown and frankly disgusting. Grout needs to be replaced, a lot of the metal is rusted, and there’s large holes which bugs can easily hide in. Management charged a bunch of absurd fees at the end of the year… almost $400 for cleaning. Response time was also very long and not super helpful
The space was okay, but management took forever to respond to questions and maintenance requests. They also charged ridiculous prices for the move out cleaning. The place was cleaned to the best of our abilities, yet it still cost more than $500 for less than 1000 sq ft.
