My parents live in Palm Valley and both were needing medical care. I told them to go to Paramount - I have met some great people that work there and it is a mile from their home. Mom had a serious head cold/infection and dad thought he had broken ribs (he did). Paramount took great care of them quickly. Mom got medicine and dad was referred to Oviedo Medical Center for a CT Scan. Both are feeling much better. I'm so grateful they have good medical care so close to home!
I just got out of the hospital a few days ago with low hemoglobin levels after two surgeries. The hospital did nothing for follow up. I came to Paramount last night and they have already tested my blood again and want to follow my progress as I hopefully keep improving. It's nice to have a place that actually cares if you get better and is concerned if you don't. Thank you so much.
Have used Paramount 3 times and all visits have been quick and professional.
My husband and I both have primary care physicians and sometimes when a health problem arises, can't get fit in to our doctor's office schedule. It's so nice to know that just down the road there is help available immediately. We have been to Paramount Urgent Care perhaps 10X. Each and every time, the visits were friendly and professional. I was just there again last night. Bad allergic reaction to penicillin. The staff was really nice and very personable. When we got there, there was no car in the lot, I was the only patient in the lobby. It took 20 minutes to be called back, which I found courious. From the time I got there until I was called back, no other patient left. The receptionist/ check in young lady was as sweet and pleasant as can be.
